About Vedic Meditation

Vedic Meditation is a gentle, effortless technique rooted in ancient Indian wisdom. Practised for 20 minutes twice a day, it allows the mind and body to settle into a deep, restful state where stress is naturally released.

Unlike many modern techniques, Vedic Meditation doesn't require focus or concentration. Instead, it works with the natural tendencies of the mind — leading to profound calm, clarity, and resilience over time.

Origins
The practice comes from the Veda — a 5,000-year-old body of knowledge that is also the source of Ayurveda and Yoga. It is passed down through a lineage of trained teachers, maintaining its authenticity and transformative potential.

During the course, you’ll receive a personalized mantra, which is silently repeated in a comfortable seated position. This sound guides the mind gently inward — beyond surface thoughts — to a state of deep inner silence.
